Can be used up to 50,000 x g in refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges. Cat. No. 977-12709 can be used up to 100,605 x g if equipped with a sealing cap, available separately. Actual brim capacity of Cat. No. 977-12709 is 42 mL. Must be filled to 80 of total capacity when centrifuging.
